Number of attendees listed above is approximate at this time

Maintenance staff required for initial set up and parking assistance from 8:30 am to 9:15 am. Table setup in Fulton and Library was given to George. Some of the setup will take place the day before the event...such as leaf blowing, clean up, etc.

Food will be served in TLC--Lori and Jan/Gail will meet to discuss.

Tech/arts staff required for lighting, sound and DVD presentation in the theater
