Number of attendees listed is approximate at this time

Maintenance staff required for initial set up (TBD) and parking assistance from 8:30 am to 9:15 am

Food from our kitchen will be served (Lori and Jan/Gail will meet to discuss food options). Set up in the TLC Student Center. Maintenance move tables back into place after event.

Tech staff/ theater staff required for help with lighting, sound and DVD presentation in the theater
