CATERING/KITCHEN:
-coffee (reg. & decaf), tea, orange juice & assorted pound cakes for 75
-paper table cloths for 4 tables
-please have set up by 9 am
MAINTENANCE:
-Disco Hall unlocked/lights on by 8:45 am for set up
-2 Tables out in hallway (outside classrooms) for catering items
-5 tables inside Disco: 2 along wall for materials, 2 at front for student panel (with 5 chairs), 1 at back for sign in
-Lock up will be around 12:15 pm
