I spoke with Justin about this event and the Alumni Office would like to host a BBQ for the returning players and people who are around watching. We'd like to order food from the kitchen and would like to use Overlake's grills. Alumni Office will pay for it. Requests are:
Kitchen: for 40 people
- hamburger meat + buns
- hot dogs
- veggie alternative
- condiments (last year, you ordered tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and onions that came already diced - would love to have that again!)
- ketchup, mustard, mayonaise
- small waters
- assortment of chips
Maintenance:
- could we use both grills?
- I'd like to fire up the grills at 4:30
