Maintenance Escort: Please provide safety escort with 5th Grade Team to/from Farell-McWhirter. They will hike down the hill at 8:45am & return to campus at 2pm.
Middle School Service Day & Debrief Catering Needs:
Tues. 5/3-Afternoon Treat for groups as they return from their trips between 2pm-3pm.
Maintenance: Deliver Popcorn Machine to Campus Center Monday 5/2. 2 six-foot tables set out for popcorn station on the left hand corner when you enter.
*Temporarily Store Popcorn machine in Electrical Room between 5/3-5/16 between Service Days.
Kitchen: Providing lemonade & water station + popcorn/bags, and cookies.
There are 25 homerooms ranging in size from 7-11 students + 30 adults.
Total = approx. 300 people (depending on portions/serving)
Therefore, prepare 25 Homeroom boxes with popcorn bags & cookies (amounts will be labeled on boxes).
Jacqui & Kitchen will begin popping popcorn 1pm & prepare homeroom treat boxes with popcorn & cookies. Boxes are provided by Beth.
Wed. 5/4-Grade Level Debrief Snack Service during Homeroom + Break Time (9:05-9:30am). We would like to provide break snack bins for 7th & 8th grade students since they will miss break. Kitchen will prepare these and be ready for pick-up by 8:45am.
7th= 70 individuals (Maintenance deliver to exterior of FPAC near Black Box).
8th=75 individuals (Maintenance deliver to Disco).
