Discovery Hall--6 foot table and 6 chairs set up near podium and 6 foot table on upper landing. Doors unlocked--lights and heat on.

Traffic and parking/shuttle, sign setup assistance 9:00am - 9:35am and 11-11:30am

DVD, lights, sound-possibly need help from tech staff.
