KITCHEN/CATERING
Please plan for 100 attendees
Need: Coffee (reg & decaf), tea service, orange juice in pitchers, & variety of poundcake slices. 3 paper table cloths.
Please have catering items set up outside of Disco on tables by 8:15 am.
MAINTENANCE
Please see attached set up image. This includes where to put food/beverages from catering.
Have Disco unlocked/lights on/heat on (if necessary) by 8 am
Sandwich board w/"College Day" sign out by 8:15 am (will provide signs on Friday, April 27)
Lock up around noon, at program conclusion
