CATERING/KITCHEN:
-coffee (one pot reg. & one pot decaf), tea & assorted cookies for 75
-paper table cloths for 5 tables
MAINTENANCE:
-Disco Hall unlocked/lights on by 6:15 pm for set up
-see attached image for set up (need 6 tables total)
-Tables out in hallway (outside classrooms) for catering items
-Lock up will be around 9:15 pm
