Notes CATERING/KITCHEN: -coffee (reg. & decaf), hot water & tea, orange juice & assorted pound cakes for 75 -4 paper tablecloths -please have set up by 9 am MAINTENANCE: -BUSINESS OFFICE: Disco Hall unlocked/lights on by 8:45 am for set up -2 Tables out in hallway (outside classrooms) for catering items w/paper table cloths on them -3 tables inside Disco: 2 along wall for materials, 1 at back for sign in (setup image uploaded) -Lock up will be around 12:15 pm |
