Maintenance Support:
1. No change to library setup. We will need three (3) 6' tables: two tables in the back, in front of door/windows for food; one table adjacent to computer lab for beverages.
2. Black tablecloths for the three 6' tables for food and beverages.
3. White tablecloths for the eight 4' tables in the center of Library (where guests will be seated)
4. Also need large garbage, recycle and compost containers.
5. Need parking blocked off for guests.
6. Kitchen will need help transporting food and drinks to and from the Library. Need maintenance support with cleaning prior to event; transport of linens, flowers and supplies before and after event.
Kitchen Support:
Per discussion with Bill B. 4/28/17, please provide the following menu items:
1. Coffee, Hot Water for tea, Iced Tea and Lemonade.
2. Assorted mini-quiches, including vegetarian
3. Assorted cut fruit
4. Assorted mini desserts (lemon bars, triple chocolate cake, strawberry cream, mini-cheesecake)
