11th Grade Retreat-Food Drive

Here are some reminders about 11th Grade retreat, including next week's delivery of Northwest Harvest boxes.  I've alerted NWH staff to check in at the front office so we may route them to North Campus for box delivery on Wed. 8/25

**Maintenance: A pallette of flattened boxes will be arriving on Wed. 8/25 by 3pm to the Maintenance area at the Art Barn  NORTH CAMPUS MAINTENANCE AREA.  May we temporarily store them there until Thurs. 9/1 for retreat?  We will need the tractor or other to transition the empty boxes down to the Art Barn exterior storage area on WED. 8/31.

The Field House will be used as temporary storage for all the collected food items from the 11th Grade Retreat from 9/1 to 9/2.  I've contacted PE dept. for approval.

9/1-We will need to route busses, as they return to campus from stores, to drop off the collected food at the roll-up door of the field house.

The NWH truck will arrive Friday 9/2 between 8-12 to pick up the donations.  They will check in at the front office, then proceed up to the Field House to load.
