Kitchen notes: cookies/brownies, hummus/dips with pita bread and crackers, and coffee/tea/lemonade/water service for 50 people. Divided in two stations: one in the Campus Center, one in the Fieldhouse Loft.
Maintenance Notes for the Fieldhouse Loft:
- Pipe and drape to line the South and West walls- to cover up all of the HVAC
- We wanted to set the pipe and drape up about 15 ft away from the South wall in order to hide some table tennis setups behind it. There is an existing white tape line on the floor where we would like it setup.
- Can we please have extra drape as well? We will have a photo booth- so we wanted to double or triple up on the drape in one section to make sure you can't see through it in the photos
- Move all but 2 ping pong tables behind pipe and drape
- Setup (6) 6' tables with white linen
- New water in the water dispenser
- Clean up foyer area of all clutter. Close doors, vacuum.
Maintenance Notes for the Campus Center:
- Center of Campus Center- (9) rounds with black linens
- Clear a few tables out around this center area
- (2) 6' tables against South wall for F&B
- Podium close to buffet tables
