Care Kits-Service Project

Delivery of Care Kit items will be between 9/20-23.  All shipments must be staged temporarily up at North Campus.  

On Mon. 9/26, please have night staff deliver all Care Kit supplies to the S. Court (corner against wall) of the Field House ...aka the girls lockerroom side of the space.  We will also need 10 (6') folding tables staged there for the project.  

On Tues. 9/27-We will need *Tech Support to set up and show a brief video.  (Notes from presenter: I will have the video on my Mac laptop so no wifi needed just a screen, speakers and connecting to your system. Does your system have Mac connections?) Between 10:30-2:30pm we will create the Care Kits in the Field House.  We will clear out all kits to a Uhaul truck and fold down all the tables.   

9/27-Please pick up the tables & any trash/recycling from this project after 3pm!
