Senior event at Head's house

Our senior class has been invited to the Head's house for a BBQ and class activities the evening before school begins. Matt is planning to provide food, but needs a tables and chairs setup for 85, similar to the setup for the end of school party that was at his place in June. Guests arrive at 4:00, event ends at 8:00.
