The entire MS will begin the day with a kick-off assembly in Fulton.  We will need the following Theater set-up:

• Projector for ppt slide show
• Sound system for cd/music and microphone
• Podium

Between 8:30-9am we will disperse by group for busses.

9-10am-Travel to project sites

Kitchen: **The entire MS will be gone for the day.  Please adjust lunch quantities accordingly.

Maintenance: No Action Needed.

Kitchen: **May we have Lemonade Service for the returning MS students set out at the end of the day near the water station in the Campus Center.  Please make for 150 people. 

Transportation: **I will provide Bill Neil with a detailed transportation list/locations as the date draws near.
